Important Notes:

Volunteering Is Critical! Registration fees do not cover the full cost of participation in CYO sports. The additional funds needed to cover these costs, as well as to assist families with financial difficulties, come from the games and tournaments hosted by St Mark and other St Mark Athletics Fund Raisers. These efforts all rely heavily on volunteer participation. Every family is expected to help. Coaches will be asking parents to help with gate, concessions, set-up, making phone calls, or game-day assistance. When registering, please note your interest in volunteering.

Payment Options: Payments may be made online with a credit or debit card.

Physicals: All athletes must have a current physical on file prior to the first day of practice.  The physical form must be signed and dated by the physician and all sections must be completely filled out.  A signed and dated physical form signed by a child’s physician must be on file prior to the first practice. Physical forms are good for 13 months from the date of issue.  Click Here for a current physical form.   PLEASE BE CERTAIN THAT YOUR PHYSICIAN BOTH SIGNS AND DATES THE FORM.

Registration Information

This program is sponsored and staffed by St Mark parishioners and families of students of St Mark school. Non-parishioner/Non-St Mark students may participate, but are required to pay the annual St Mark athletic association fee in addition to the sports fee.

NEED HELP WITH FEES?  SMAA works hard to keep fees reasonable.  If your family needs help with fees, please confidentially contact Tim Schmidt.  We want all students who have a desire to participate in sports to do so and will not turn away any student due to financial issues.
